Chelsea fight back to beat West Ham and return to the top four
Chelsea climbed to fourth place in the Premier League after a comeback win over West Ham on Graham Potter’s return to Stamford Bridge. West Ham led at halftime through Jarrod Bowen, who capitalized on a Levi Colwill error to score on his return from injury. However, Pedro Neto equalized in the second half before Cole Palmer’s deflected cross off Aaron Wan-Bissaka sealed the win for Chelsea.
With this victory, Chelsea now have 43 points, two ahead of Manchester City and Newcastle, while West Ham remain 15th with 27 points.
